My name is Ari and I am a lioness learning to roar.

It might be a little Simba-at-the-beginning-of-The-Lion-Kingesque, but I’m learning to roar in poetry form and if you have a voice inside of you beckoning to be heard, I hope these words will inspire you to dig down deep and find your own roar. Where there is a heart, there is bravery and courage to be found and healing to be hastened. Here, it will probably be through stanzas about finding wonder in a cup of tea, experiencing joy in unexpected moments, uncovering poetic purpose, or wrestling with pain. In your own space, I hope you find your own way of working through it all. But from here on out, let’s roar together.
